The Room And The Briefcase and it´s written by the British writer, Kristian Johns. It´s partly about a guy, who is held captive in a basement or something similar. He's been down there so long that he begins to forget his old life but he tries to remember to get the strength to survive. A man comes and goes..dressed in a suit & tie and carrying a briefcase .. feeds him without saying a word.
And then there is Kyle, a escort, who one day gets a phone call that will change both their lifes forever.

The Room And The Briefcase is about just that, how people's lives are changed by either a sick mans cruelty or others people's hunger for money.
Might get sued, but here is a bit of story:
*There are two thick metal rings buried either side of me and I’m shackled to them, crucifix-style by heavy chains. There’s enough play in them for me to sit up, scratch my face and stuff like that, but the cuffs are inlaid with rows of sharp spikes which have pierced my skin and will rip my wrists to ribbons if I try to pull them out.*
I like K. Johns style of writing. The way he described things and feelings..it makes me feel like i´m there..maybe that why I read the end with teary-eyes and with my hand over my mouth.
